FIRM PROFILE

An eye for detail. An Ear for what is needed. And a respect and love for art & nature.

Francine M. Day, a registered landscape architect based in Seattle, has had great success in her 24-year career creating harmonious outdoor living spaces for clients. Architects, contractors, interior designers and clients have continuously commended Francine for her ability to create not only beautiful but functional landscape designs.

Francine’s designs are much more than lovely flowers in a garden; they provide function and balance. Whether for residential intimate spaces, large estate gardens, native plant restorations or commercial properties, her innovative design approach listens to and incorporates each client’s unique needs and visions to help client’s bridge the gap between their natural and built environments.

With her approach, Francine can smoothly implement a design from conception to completion while always keeping sight of sustainable design that respects the environment. Her practices integrate natural and manmade, new and old, land and water, so that all function fluently, efficiently and with little waste.

Francine’s work has been published in Better Homes & Garden’s Special Interest Publication, Simply Perfect Garden Rooms, featuring an English inspired garden that offers spaces for friends and family to gather, quiet areas to retreat, and a spot to grow herbs, vegetables and cut flowers.
